I have been a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor since 1996 and have been involved in Commercial Property Management for nearly twenty years. Throughout my career so far I have managed properties for many private and public sector clients including MEPC, Knowsley MBC, Downing, Phoenix Life, Merseyside Pension Fund and SLL Properties Ltd. I have worked in all sectors including commercial, retail, industrial and residential.
I founded Regency Property Asset Management in 2009 with my co-director Paul after seeing the opportunity to offer truly bespoke property management and consultancy that directly meets the client's exact needs.
I live in Formby with my wife and two daughters, who keep me very busy in my 'spare' time. I am a lifelong Liverpool fan who continues to genuinely believe at the start of each season, that this may be our year...
I enjoy walking the family Dog, Ted, in the pinewoods and dunes and have also been known to occasionally enjoy a glass of fine vintage red or a great British beer.
